Teenagers. A cure for empty nest syndrome

I have three sons, two of them are gone from the nest and are in the Army.  The last one..my baby is 18 years old and spreading his "man wings".  He is absolutly positively driving me nuts.  Im talking with my son in Iraq and complaining of going through empty nest and how hard it is.  I mean I was really whining.

I go out to dinner then with my baby and its awful. Hes like this different creature.  Even his girlfriend is embarassed by how he is acting.  I come home and get back on the chat with my son in Iraq and I am now cursing with the best of them, talking about how John did this, John did that, John is an ungrateful blah blah blah, when I get a post.  "well there is your cure for empty nest, LOL"

So I made it through with laughter, which is yes the most important part of being a parent.  Without a sense of humor all else will fail.
